However, any heroes that aren’t mentioned on the list may be considered in the lower-tier list. Without further ado, let us start with the best ones.

The S Tier
The S-tier heroes are the absolute beasts in the game. Most have great stats that could carry you throughout the main and side missions quite easily. After reviewing the Dragonstride Legacy Reborn guide, it’s time to see which heroes are worth getting.
Acilia
Acilia is a hero from the Radiance Faction and is included as a Defense hero. As you may expect from a tank, she’s really durable with a high amount of HP. Her ultimate is Holy Light Descension, making all the debuffs on your team disappear while granting them immunity for 10 seconds. She also has healing spells for the party.
Ergander
Erganeder is also a Defense-type hero that falls into the Poison Faction. He isn’t a character that heavily focuses on support abilities. Instead, with his ultimate, Desperate Beast, he will taunt the enemies at a 100% success rate. After releasing the ultimate skill, he will have the Immortality buff for 10 seconds. It’s also a popular character in some Dragonstride Legacy Reborn guides.
Eurion
Another tanky hero you can consider getting is Eurion. He’s a Defense type and from the Ice Faction. Shield of Oath, his ultimate, will shield his allies (excluding himself) with Ally Protection for 10 seconds. Meanwhile, he will receive damage reduction and shield buffs for the same amount of duration.
Berengar
One of the best heroes for the Necrosis Faction is Berengar. This Defense-type hero has pretty strong ultimate skills called Hellfire Balls that unleash fireballs at the enemies, dealing Necrotic damage with a chance of inflicting a Recharging Speed Penalty (75%) and Healing Reversal (75%) for 10 seconds.
Grishnaar
A legendary hero from the Lightning Faction. Grishnaar is a defense-type hero who has the ultimate skill called Frenzy Massacre. It will cause enemies to receive lightning damage while reducing 30% of their ultimate charge. The ultimate also has a chance to inflict Attack Penalty (75%) for 10 seconds.

A-Tier
Durango
The first hero in A-tier is Durango. A legendary hero from the Poison Faction has a great offensive ability. His ultimate, Exterminating Attack, launches 3 swift attacks, each with Poison damage, to the enemies with a 100% rate of inflicting 2 stacks of Poison status for roughly 15 seconds. Additionally, he will ignore 20% of the target’s Defense on critical hits.
Tamar
A support hero classified in the Lightning Faction. As you may expect from this Faction, Tamar is capable of delivering powerful damage through his ultimate, the Tempest Surge. His ult will summon a giant lightning storm that will cause damage to enemies while inflicting Buff Prohibition (75% chance) for 10 seconds. At the same time, enemies without buff will be Stunned (75%) for 5 seconds.
Flora
Flora is a Wild-type hero classified in the Flame Faction. Her ultimate is an offensive one called the Pillar of Secret Flame, causing Fire damage to enemies by making a fiery whirlpool for 10 seconds. The target within the range will receive Derivative Fire Damage as a perk of the Wild Faction.

B-Tier
Bionphray
Heroes in the B-tier are just good enough to have for the rest of the game. An example of a hero in this tier is Bionphray. He’s a Defense-type hero from the Lightning Faction. His ultimate is Lightning Current, which will strike enemies with lightning damage while granting the hero with a Defense Up II buff for 10 seconds.
Additionally, Bionphray will receive the Electrified status as well for 10 seconds. This buff will automatically hit nearby enemies within range with electricity for 1.25 seconds. The enemies hit with this will be Stunned (100%) for 1.5 seconds.
