Syspro, the purpose-built ERP platform for manufacturing and distribution, today announces that Tom Loeffert has joined the team as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Loeffert will lead Syspro’s global people strategy, with a focus on building a high-performing, scalable organisation aligned to the company’s next phase of growth.

This appointment comes at a pivotal time for Syspro, following a year of strong momentum and the continued expansion of its platform, alongside Leanne Taylor’s recent transition to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Loeffert brings more than 25 years of global experience in human resources and business leadership, having held senior roles across organisations including SAP, GSK and Fortive. Most recently, he served as CHRO at Kyriba. A dual UK/US national, he brings a global perspective to building and leading high-performing teams in complex, fast-evolving environments.
