Trimble Insight Europe 2026: Where the Transport & Logistics Community Connects

Trimble Insight Europe (formerly Transporeon Summit) will convene at The EGG in Brussels. The annual event brings together over 900 shippers, retailers, carriers and forwarders. The event serves as an industry community event for decision-makers navigating the volatility of the global supply chains.

The 2026 program is centered on the reality facing global logistics teams. As AI matures from experiment to execution, sessions evolve beyond theoretical potential to address the core pillars of enterprise-scale implementation: data readiness, change management and measurable ROI.

Key highlights of the two-day agenda include:

  • Customer-led case studies: Practical “how we did it” sessions from leaders at Barilla, Knauf, Amazon Freight, ArcelorMittal and Microsoft, focusing on operational shifts and tangible results.
  • Industry-specific tracks: Targeted deep dives into the chemicals and retail/FMCG sectors, addressing unique regulatory and high-velocity fulfillment challenges.
  • The NEXT innovation: Trimble’s annual technology unveiling, featuring the latest developments in transport planning and execution, freight sourcing, dock-and-yard management and freight audit.
  • Specialized masterclasses and roundtable discussions designed for peer-to-peer problem-solving.

The event will also feature matchmaking sessions for all players in the supply chain and a new ‘Women in Logistics’ networking session.

“Logistics is a people business. The value of Trimble Insight Europe lies in facilitating the direct dialogue between shippers, carriers, and partners that is often missing from daily operations,” says Philipp Pfister, sector vice president at Transporeon, a Trimble Company. “By prioritising candid accounts of implementation and open peer exchange and matching, we ensure that participants leave with both the strategic connections and the practical insights needed to improve their operations immediately.”

A sneak peek into the program:

  • AI for the mid-market: Carrying out AI and digital transformation in logistics operations without a Fortune 500 budget.
  • AI at scale: The foundation for tangible returns: A roadmap for bridging the data divide for digital resilience
  • Regulatory resilience: Navigating global disruptions and new compliance mandates.
  • The yard through the driver’s lens: An unfiltered look at gate delays and paperwork friction.
  • Conversations shippers and carriers never have: Use open dialogue to resolve friction points related to procurement and transport execution.
