Fortude, a global digital solutions company, has completed cloud migration across three sites for The Compleat Food Group, a major UK-based manufacturer and supplier of chilled prepared foods. The sites in Market Drayton and Nottingham are now live on Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage, marking a significant milestone in the group’s broader transformation programme.
“These go-lives are a testament to what’s possible when the right teams come together with a shared commitment to getting it right. Fortude’s dedication and collaborative approach were instrumental in making this milestone a reality, and in ensuring our operations never missed a beat throughout the transitions. We are proud of what we have achieved together, and excited about what comes next,” said Ines Ashton, Digital & AI Strategy Director at The Compleat Food Group.
The migration used a global ERP blueprint, a standardised template adapted to meet site-specific requirements, enabling faster deployment across locations while maintaining consistency at the group level. An important aspect of the migration was the development of a custom Finance Data Bridge, built to synchronise financial data between the legacy and new systems on a daily basis. This ensured uninterrupted operations throughout the transition. Cross-functional teams across Fortude and The Compleat Food Group maintained close governance throughout, with structured weekly tracking and clear accountability at every stage. Despite a full system transition, the business maintained over 98% customer service levels during hypercare.
“Delivering a multi-site cloud migration for a business scaling through acquisitions requires more than technical execution; it demands a model the business can trust and repeat. With The Compleat Food Group, we built that from the ground up: a standardised blueprint, a rigorous governance structure, and a team on both sides fully committed to continuity,” said Janindu De Silva, Chief Operating Officer – EU & UK at Fortude.
With three sites now live, The Compleat Food Group is well-positioned to accelerate rollouts across remaining sites in Clitheroe and Barnsley, bringing each new acquisition onto a consistent, cloud-based ERP foundation.
