Manhattan Associates, the global leader in supply chain commerce with unmatched AI capabilities, today announced the appointment of Sébastien Lefebure to the role of senior vice president of EMEA, following the retirement of Henri Seroux, effective March 31st.

With more than two decades of experience at Manhattan, Lefebure brings deep expertise across services, sales, and large-scale digital transformation projects across some of the company’s most well-recognised global customers.

Responsible for driving regional growth, aligning go-to-market strategy, and strengthening executive-level relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, the appointment brings both continuity and a new perspective that will help steer the next stage of growth for the region.

Henri Seroux departs Manhattan having launched the company’s presence in France in 2001 and becoming senior vice president EMEA in 2015. Over the subsequent decade, Manhattan’s EMEA revenue has grown at an average 12% per annum, from $65m in 2016 to $215m in 2025, while operating income has also increased, at a rate of 14% year-on-year.

On the retirement of Mr Seroux, Lefebure commented: “Throughout his career at Manhattan, Henri’s passion for collaboration and community has shone through. Under his leadership, Manhattan has become the leading supply chain and omnichannel commerce technology provider across the EMEA region.

“Henri leaves behind a team and legacy that spans a portfolio of national, regional and global brands, reaching from Scandinavia to South Africa. From all of us here at Manhattan, I’d like to express a wholehearted and warm, thank you to Henri for the dedicated years of service he has given the entire organisation, not just here in EMEA,” Lefebure finished.
