Hardis Supply Chain, a global leader in supply chain software and technology solutions, today announced that Tatiana Munoz, Director of Business Development for North America, has been named a recipient of the 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award in the Trailblazers category. Presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, the annual award recognizes female supply chain leaders whose accomplishments, mentorship, and leadership continue to shape the future of the industry.

The Trailblazers category honors experienced leaders who have spent at least a decade paving the way for future generations of women in logistics and supply chain. Munoz was recognized for her nearly 20-year career spanning logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, and warehouse management technology, as well as her instrumental role in expanding Hardis Supply Chain’s presence throughout North America.

Munoz’s career began in Colombia, where she entered the logistics industry at just 18 years old before earning a degree in supply chain management. She later served as Director of Operations for a major third-party logistics provider in Miami, where she helped expand transportation operations, launched a warehousing division, implemented warehouse and transportation management systems, and built an international customer service organization supporting logistics operations across the Americas.

Today, she brings that operational expertise directly to customers by helping organizations modernize warehouse operations through technology. Rather than relying solely on traditional sales approaches, Munoz works alongside customers in their facilities, observing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing solutions that align with real-world operational needs.

As one of the first leaders driving Hardis Supply Chain’s expansion into the US market, she has helped establish the company’s go-to-market strategy, build strategic partnerships, increase brand visibility, and introduce advanced warehouse and supply chain technologies to organizations across manufacturing, retail, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, third-party logistics, and e-commerce.

“What has always inspired me about supply chain is that every challenge has an opportunity hidden inside it,” said Munoz. “Throughout my career, I’ve learned that the best solutions come from listening to the people doing the work every day and never being afraid to roll up your sleeves alongside them. I’m honored to receive this award, but even more excited about what lies ahead as we continue helping companies build smarter, more connected supply chains while encouraging more women to pursue leadership roles in our industry.”

Among her recent achievements, Munoz has led initiatives to accelerate Hardis Supply Chain’s growth across North America, strengthen relationships with customers and technology partners, and promote the company’s vision of connected supply chain execution through advanced warehouse management and supply chain orchestration solutions. Her hands-on, consultative approach has helped organizations improve operational visibility, streamline warehouse processes, and build greater confidence in digital transformation initiatives.
