IFS Softeon, the warehouse management system (WMS) provider delivering visibility from the boardroom to the warehouse floor, today announced that it has been included for the first time in the 2026 Gartner® Voice of the Customer for Warehouse Management Systems.

Customers rated IFS Softeon an average of 4.3 out of 5 based on 26 reviews during the 18-month consideration period ending July 31, 2026, with 96% of reviewers rating the company four or five stars and 85% saying they would be Willing to Recommend it. Reviewers also scored IFS Softeon 4.3 out of 5 for Sales Experience and 4.2 for Product Capabilities, with feedback coming from manufacturing, retail and transportation organizations.

Earlier this year, IFS Softeon was named a Visionary in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Warehouse Management Systems for the 15th consecutive year. We believe our inclusion in the Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer report adds a peer-based perspective to that recognition, reflecting both a clear, forward-looking strategy and the value customers see in IFS Softeon’s warehouse management and execution solutions.

“The value of a WMS is demonstrated by the people using it every day,” said Jim Hoefflin, CEO, IFS Softeon. “In our opinion, being included in the Gartner Voice of the Customer for the first time is an important recognition of the customers who have taken the time to share their experiences with IFS Softeon. We’re proud to see their voices represented and will continue to use that feedback to strengthen the solutions and support we provide.”

Gartner Peer Insights is a free peer review and ratings platform designed for enterprise software and services decision makers. Reviews are organized by products in live markets that align to Gartner markets, defined as Magic Quadrant or Market Guide-defined markets, or GPI-defined markets that are opened at the discretion of the GPI team and do not require insights published to open the space on Peer Insights.

The 2026 Gartner Voice of the Customer for Warehouse Management Systems is based on Gartner Peer Insights reviews collected during the defined consideration period and in our opinion represents a snapshot of customer feedback during that timeframe. Gartner notes that “the numerical ratings scores in each vendor summary graphic (shown as “Rating by Category”) are best interpreted as sample statistics with a reasonable margin for error and not as exact values.”
