Alcumus, a global leading provider of risk management solutions, builds on its recent success by expanding in North America with the acquisition of ContractorCheck, a specialist company providing health and safety pre-qualification and contractor management accreditation and the acquisition of Banyard Solutions in the UK, a developer of e-permits. These acquisitions support its growth ambitions, helping to make workplaces better and safer.

Alcumus provides a range of technology solutions, advice, expertise, and support to help clients identify and mitigate risks, navigate compliance to strengthen workplaces. ContractorCheck will complement Alcumus’ well-established portfolio of software-led risk management solutions both in North America and globally, alongside eCompliance.

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, ContractorCheck specializes in providing health and safety pre-qualification and contractor management accreditation. Working with companies across Canada, assessing and accrediting contractors to legislative and customer requirements, its services help customers to maintain compliance and reduce potential risks working with contractors. The acquisition expands Alcumus’ North American offering, following the acquisition of eCompliance in 2019.
