Thomas Johnsen, Professor of Purchasing & Supply Management at Audencia, and director of the MSc programme in Supply Chain and Purchasing Management, has just been awarded the 2020 Outstanding Associate Editor Award by the Journal of Purchasing & Supply Management (JPSM).
This award recognizes his work as associate editor for JPSM for several years managing research manuscripts as part of the peer review process. He comments: “I’m honoured to have received the award for Outstanding Associate Editor by the Journal of Purchasing & Supply Management, which is one of the premier academic journals in our field of operations and supply chain management.”
This was announced last week at the Annual General Meeting of the International Purchasing and Supply Education and Research Association (IPSERA), a multi-disciplinary network of academics and practitioners dedicated to the development of knowledge concerning Purchasing and Supply Management.
Professor Thomas Johnsen is widely published in international scientific and practitioner-focused journals and magazines and co-authored the book ‘Purchasing & supply chain management: a sustainability perspective’ (Routledge), which was awarded the ACA-Bruel coup de coeur prize. Before joining Audencia, he was Gianluca Spina Professor of Supply Chain Management at Politecnico di Milano.
