Gatewatcher, the technology leader in real-time detection of cyber threats, today confirmed its attendance at Infosecurity Europe, across the 20th to 22nd June 2023 at ExCel, London. Senior personnel from Gatewatcher will deliver two presentations as well as exhibit on stand M80.
Infosecurity Europe is one of Europe’s leading technology events, bringing together cybersecurity professionals, vendors, partners and more.
As part of the Gatewatcher presence, on Tuesday 20th at 10.00 am, Gallery Room 7, UK country manager Adrian Jones will draw on recent Gatewatcher research into APTs with ‘Advanced Persistent Threats: The hidden cost for your business, TEI vs ROI.’
This will be followed on Wednesday 21st at 2.00 pm, Gallery Room 5, when Adrian Jones and François Normand, head of cyber threat intelligence for Gatewatcher, will present ‘An intelligent 360° view of threats: Revealing the invisible with NDR and CTI.’
“Infosec remains one of the highlights of the industry calendar, and we are excited to bring our APT research as well as the ongoing findings of our cyber threat intelligence to such an audience,” said Adrian Jones, UK country manager, Gatewatcher. “We look forward to connecting with our customers, colleagues and the industry. We will focus heavily on demonstrating the benefits of NDR across both IT and OT networks, and argue for an evolution in the use of artificial intelligence. Compared to the blind use of AI in some systems, we believe a multifactor approach, combining static, dynamic and algorithmic analysis is needed. By not relying solely on AI, we have achieved much a shorter learning curve and “plug and detect” capabilities that means faster action in crisis situations, right from the very beginning of the audit phase.”
