Getronics establishes Global Service Center in South Carolina

Global Information and Communications Technology services provider, Getronics, is establishing a new Global Service Center in Greenville County, South Carolina.

The 32-thousand square foot facility will house global service desk operations staffed with over 250 analysts and support personnel to provide 24/7/365 support to clients in North and Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The new facility is part of the company’s global network of client support centres. The Greenville facility will eventually support up to 500 service desk associates.

Getronics has received industry recognition for its Managed Workplace Services and end-user support capabilities in North America and Europe.  The company provides global support to over 500,000 technology end users in 55 countries. The Greenville Global Service Center will manage approximately 100,000 incidents annually in support of more than 250,000 client end users.
