Leading supply chain and omnichannel commerce solutions provider Manhattan Associates Inc. (NASDAQ: MANH), today announced the winners of this year’s EMEA ‘Excellence Awards’ at the company’s annual European customer and partner event in the Italian fashion capital, Milan.
The annual awards recognise companies who have excelled in the outstanding use of Manhattan’s supply chain commerce solutions and delivered success through exceptional levels of collaboration and partnership over the last twelve months.
“While uncertainty has become the only certainty in global commerce, our commitment remains one of constancy and substance: solutions built for the world as it actually is, partnerships and relationships that hold under pressure, and a shared commitment to solving global commerce’s hardest problems, not just its loudest ones,” commented Sebastien Lefebure, senior vice president, EMEA, Manhattan Associates.
The winners were:
- Supply Chain Execution: What sets DHL apart is not innovation for its own sake, but the discipline to make it impactful. Through its standardisation, API-first integration and automation, DHL’s customers can scale faster, pivot quicker and get the right product to the right customer at the right time, through execution that is proven, repeatable and cost-effective across Europe.
- Commerce: BAUHAUS has been recognized for the use of Manhattan’s unified commerce solutions to transform its store network into a connected omnichannel commerce platform. By adopting an API-first foundation that supports innovation, operational quality, and business agility, BAUHAUS has clearly demonstrated how retail technology and a customer-centric mindset can create lasting business value beyond individual channels and transactions.
- Unified Supply Chain: Kave Home is a fast-growing Spanish furniture retailer, that selected ActiveWarehouse™ and ActiveTransportation™ for its central distribution centre near Girona, Spain in November 2025. Through close collaboration between both teams, unified supply chain is now a reality for Kave Home in just eight months.
- Innovation Leader: As one of the first participants in the Early Access Program, L’Oréal transformed Manhattan’s ActiveAgents™ from a promising concept into an operational reality. From the outset, L’Oréal committed to testing agentic AI against real-world supply chain challenges, demonstrating that innovation succeeds when people, processes and technology evolve together.
- Consulting Partner: This is the first time a consulting partner has retained the award and underlines the depth and diversity of Deloitte’s contribution across the region. Engaging across a broad range of EMEA markets, adopting a comprehensive governance structure, and collaborating closely with Manhattan in both sales and project delivery. Retaining this award is a mark of sustained excellence, not just a single strong year.
- Technology Partner: Centiro really stood out in terms of engagement in both mutual accounts and in new opportunities together. We very much value the close working relationship that we’ve established with the Centiro team for delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction – very much in line with the Manhattan philosophy.
- Innovation Partner: Throughout the year, BRICZ has focused on ensuring that the unique attributes of Manhattan’s solution platform are well understood in the market. In the run-up to Exchange the company staged “The Road to Exchange,” a pan-European roadshow, that bought customers and prospects together to discuss and unlock the value of Manhattan’s solutions – a highly innovative venture that underlines perfectly why BRICZ is our Innovation Partner of the Year.
“This year represents the fourth edition of these awards, and our customers keep finding new, unexpected ways to put our solutions to work on real business problems. While, year after year, our partner ecosystem continues to prove what can be achieved when organisations work together in pursuit of common goals – congratulations to all our 2026 winners!” Lefebure added.
