Micro Focus (LSE: MCRO; NYSE: MFGP) today announced it has been named a Leader in the 2022 GigaOm Radar for Cloud Observability Solutions. GigaOm lauded Micro Focus for the quality, scalability and flexibility of its cloud and application observability capabilities, as well as the key criteria of reporting and dashboards, user interaction performance, predictive analysis and intelligent data push.

GigaOm evaluated 21 cloud observability solutions by “applying evaluations of specific key criteria and evaluation metrics” to promote operational awareness and respond to infrastructure and performance changes in the IT environment. Micro Focus earned the Exceptional rating – the highest possible – for its fit within the enterprise market and its software-as-a-service, on-premises and hybrid cloud offerings, as well as its security features. Also, Micro Focus received outperformer status – the only company projected to improve its product more than any other competitor over the next 12-18 months.

The GigaOm Radar Cloud Observability Solutions report said, “Micro Focus has improved significantly in cloud and application observability. The UI in Operations Bridge has better refinement and is much more modern. Overall, Micro Focus has enhanced its solution in almost every way. It has outstanding capabilities across the key criteria of reporting and dashboards, user interaction performance, predictive analysis, and intelligent data push.”

“Micro Focus strives to provide its customers with the best observability and AIOps software possible in order to meet their unique needs in an ever-changing technology landscape,” said Travis Greene, Sr. Director of ITOM Product Marketing at Micro Focus. “As a Leader and the only Outperformer in the GigaOm Radar for Cloud Observability Solutions, Micro Focus Operations Bridge demonstrates that it excels at providing the key capabilities needed for IT observability across cloud and on-premises environments with SaaS, on-premises or hybrid deployment options.”
