Launched in France in 2018, Ringover has enjoyed significant growth over the past three years. Today, 10,000 start ups and SMEs have made Ringover their chosen solutions for simplifying their business telephone systems and to boost productivity in their customer service teams. Since 2018, Ringover has increased its revenues by 800 per cent and sees around 130,000 calls transmitted through its servers every day.
To support the growth of the Ringover team, Bénédicte will be responsible for implementing and evolving a new HR strategy with the aim of attracting new talent to the growing telecoms business. Previously, Bénédicte has held several HR positions at global organisations including Sonovision Group, UTC Climate and Adduxi and has implemented global HR strategies for teams across China, Switzerland, the United States and France.
As well as helping to lead Ringover’s staff to success, Bénédicte’s global experience will be key to helping the company internationalise and grow its global teams. Ringover has grown globally since 2018 and in addition to its French headquarters, the company now has a presence in Spain and America. Earlier in 2021, the company launched in the UK and recently opened a state-of-the-art facility in London.
