The owner-managed logistics company Röhlig Logistics continues to expand its global network of Good Distribution Practice (GDP)-certified sites. Reinforcing its compliance with the highest standards in the pharmaceutical supply chain, Röhlig most recently achieved GDP certification for its facilities in Milan, Italy as well as in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China.

To ensure the integrity of pharmaceutical goods from origin to destination, GDP certification is awarded by independent auditors based on strict requirements in the areas of storage, transport and timely delivery.

Juancarlos Cruz, Global Head of Healthcare & Life Science at Röhlig Logistics, says: “In healthcare logistics, patient well-being is our top priority. By adhering to GDP guidelines, we guarantee that our products reach customers safely and reliably. Our GDP achievements support our continuous growth in the healthcare sector and underscore our commitment to further strengthening our position in this industry.”

Röhlig currently operates 15 GDP-certified facilities across China, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland and the United States. Looking ahead, the company plans to certify over 20 additional branches globally by 2026.
