Keysource, the leading global datacentre and critical environment specialist, has been awarded a contract extension by Royal Holloway, University of London. It builds on a successful 10-year relationship during which Keysource has provided critical infrastructure services for the college.
Under the terms of the 2-year contract extension Keysource will be providing a comprehensive critical facilities management solution, supporting the University’s entire data centre estate with a 4-hour response to site, ensuring maximum responsiveness during the University’s peak times.
Keysource will also be responsible for managing a coordinated, planned preventative maintenance programme (PPM) with accurate and detailed records helping to ensure equipment and service uptime, whilst identifying potential problem areas. This will provide easy access to key data, meaning that all stakeholders will have transparency of issues impacting health, safety, environmental and statutory compliance.

As a result it was an easy decision to extend our agreement with them.”
