Strada also announces the appointment of Richard Hanks as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead Strada´s global financial function. Hanks is a highly experienced CFO with a strong track record of growing and transforming global technology and services companies across the US, Europe, and Asia. He most recently served as CFO at Williams Lea, the global provider of tech-enabled business-critical support services, and, before that, was CFO at Clarivate, a publicly traded global leader in data, analytics and information products and services.

Under Brennan’s leadership as CEO, Strada will focus on advancing its comprehensive technology and service offerings to address the evolving needs of a diverse, globally dispersed workforce. The company remains committed to driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to over 1,400 clients, a legacy established over the past three decades.

Brennan commented: “I’m delighted to join Strada and lead the business in this exciting new phase of its 30-year journey. With a strong track record, a team deeply committed to customer service, and an impressive client base, this is a tremendous opportunity. Returning to an industry I’m passionate about, I see many opportunities to continue transforming the sector.”

Hanks added: “Joining the Strada leadership team at this pivotal chapter in its journey is truly exciting. The company’s existing strengths provide a solid foundation for us to unlock significant potential and consistently achieve remarkable outcomes for our customers, partners, and most importantly, our wider team.”
