CWSI, Europe’s most experienced mobile and cloud security specialist, is today announcing it will become one of the first Samsung Knox Managed Service Providers (MSP) in the UK and Ireland.

Samsung Knox provides a complete toolkit for businesses across Samsung mobile devices including cybersecurity, mobile device management, compliance, device enrolment, device health, and configuration. CWSI was chosen for its deep knowledge and expertise in mobile security and mobile operating systems. Knox licensing and capability come bundled free with Samsung Enterprise Edition devices for up to 12 months.

CWSI’s Samsung Knox Managed Service will enable customers to leverage Samsung mobile technology within their own organisations, providing a unique level of control with the day-to-day running of the platform managed by CWSI’s mobility experts. This frees up customers to focus on their core tasks and own clients to save time, increase productivity and, ultimately, grow their business.

In turn, the solution will enable CWSI to expand its customer base, scale into larger customer organisations, and target new markets and industry sectors. It will also be able to cross-sell its own products and services to Samsung’s customer base.

Ronan Murphy, CEO, CWSI: “We have been enabling and securing mobile workers since the first smartphones and tablets were introduced to the business market, and we are focused on helping our customers to thrive and stay secure in today’s cloud first, mobile first world.

“We are delighted to have the opportunity to work at the coalface with Samsung to deliver this service to customers, removing the pain points of day-to-day management and enabling them to focus instead on organisational growth. At CWSI, we have more Knox engineers and Android experts than any other company in Europe. We’re well-placed to help companies planning to adopt Knox suite capability or those who have already adopted the Knox suite but lack the resources or expertise to manage it.  We look forward to continuing to build on this exciting partnership.”

Cheng Luo, Head of Channel Support, Samsung: “At Samsung, we want to work with our partners in the enterprise eco-system, so we launched the Knox Partner Programme back in 2019. We have now added new benefits of the Knox Partner Programme to Managed Service Providers with our recent beta release. We are honoured to have CWSI in our Knox Partner Programme as a Recommended MSP partner. CWSI has certified in-house Knox Experts to design, deploy, integrate, and manage Knox solutions on behalf of our customers and we can’t wait to see more customers benefit from this partnership.”
