Visitors to IntraLogisteX 2024 (NEC, Birmingham, UK March 19 & 20) will be able to discover how the LiBiao Robotics’ range of autonomous mobile robot-based parcel sortation solutions can bring significant operational efficiencies to any logistics facility or fulfilment centre.

Libiao’s ‘Mini Yellow’ robots are proving an attractive alternative to the fixed tilt-tray and cross-belt conveyor systems that have historically been used for parcel sorting operations.

Cost-effective and flexible, ‘Mini Yellow’ sortation robots require a much smaller floor area within which to operate than a conveyor-based sorter to achieve the same parcel throughput statistics. Furthermore, with no fixed infrastructure requirements, modular robot-based systems are scalable, while the ability to add extra robots as and when required ensures the flexibility needed to cope with any spikes in throughput.

With a European HQ in Frankfurt, Germany, and supported by an extensive network of authorised dealers that provide comprehensive after-sales and planned maintenance services, LiBiao Robotics’ European and global client base continues to grow. In 2024 it is estimated that 30 billion parcels will be processed by the company’s autonomous mobile robot sortation technology at client sites across the world.
