IFS Softeon, the warehouse management system (WMS) provider delivering visibility from the boardroom to the warehouse floor, today announced that B dynamic Logistics has successfully launched IFS Softeon Warehouse Management System at its first distribution centre in Sydney, Australia.
The deployment supports a major global music and entertainment brand and existing IFS Softeon Distributed Order Management (DOM) customer, expanding its use of the platform to include warehouse execution. It is the first milestone in B dynamic Logistics’ broader initiative to establish a consistent and scalable technology foundation across its growing network of facilities and customers.
B dynamic Logistics selected IFS Softeon in late 2025 to increase customer onboarding speed, simplify integrations, and provide the operational flexibility needed to support its rapidly expanding B2B, B2C, and big and bulky fulfilment services.
With the first operation now live, B dynamic Logistics has established a repeatable foundation that will enable bringing additional customers and facilities onto the platform more efficiently. The deployment also advances the company’s “Making Customer the Hero” mission by supporting more responsive service, greater operational visibility and warehouse processes that can be adapted to individual customer requirements.
“This go-live turns the vision behind our partnership with IFS Softeon into an operational reality,” said Mangala Siriwardhane, CEO of B dynamic Logistics. “We now have a modern technology foundation that gives our team the flexibility to respond to the needs of each customer while creating greater consistency across our operations. Most importantly, it provides a scalable, repeatable model that will help us onboard new customers faster and continue scaling our business with confidence.”
The IFS Softeon platform will help B dynamic Logistics manage the complexity inherent in third-party logistics through capabilities including labour management, billing management, an in-built customer portal and flexible enablement tools. Its configurable architecture allows the company to accommodate different processes, integrations and service requirements while maintaining operational control across customers and facilities.
The first implementation also builds on IFS Softeon’s growing momentum in Australia and New Zealand. Since establishing a dedicated regional presence, IFS Softeon has expanded its local team and continues to support multiple customer sites, with further implementations underway throughout the region.
“B dynamic Logistics selected IFS Softeon because it needed more than a system for managing a single warehouse. It needed a committed partner and platform capable of supporting different customers, service models and facilities as the business grows,” said Scott Gillies, Vice President & Managing Director, ANZ, IFS Softeon. “This first go-live demonstrates that foundation is now in place. As the rollout progresses, B dynamic Logistics will onboard customers faster, standardise execution and scale its network without sacrificing the flexibility that differentiates its service.”
Project teams are now preparing for subsequent rollout phases, with additional customers and facilities next to join the IFS Softeon platform. Each deployment will extend B dynamic Logistics’ connected warehouse network and further standardise processes, data and visibility across its Australian operations.
The successful launch represents an important step in B dynamic Logistics’ technology and automation journey, creating a warehouse foundation designed to improve efficiency, support consistent service and accelerate long-term growth.
