Halo Financial receives Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award


Halo Financial has again been recognised for continually providing excellent service to their clients and receiving consistently positive feedback from delighted clients. Having achieved Gold Trusted Service status for six years in a row, the company has now been awarded the all-new Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional client experiences, as rated by real users of Halo Financial’s currency services.

It’s a great symbol of the service-led strategy that is helping Halo Financial to grow; and help their clients to grow, too. This comes from the strong, long-term relationships Halo Financial builds with both personal and business clients by making their international payments easier.

Created by Feefo, the prestigious Trusted Service award is only given to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine reviews and insights. Businesses meeting the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating, receive the award. A highly-valued badge of approval, this accreditation remains unique, as it is based purely on the interactions with real customers. As all reviews are verified as genuine, the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’s commitment to outstanding service.

Feefo have given Platinum Trusted Service awards to businesses who have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years. The Feefo Gold Trusted Service award recognises those who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year, and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5. This is the sixth year running that Halo Financial has achieved this status, thanks to thousands of reviews from happy clients and an average rating of 4.9.
