One Nexus Group, a leading technology solution and professional services provider for the automotive industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant O’Hara as its Head of Commercial Development.

A prominent figure in the automotive industry with close to 40 years of experience, Grant’s role will undertake identifying potential business opportunities and raising One Nexus’ further profile within the automotive industry. As OEMs operate in a post-Covid world, brand loyalty is everything. This is why One Nexus has built four key pillars, Mobility, Aftermarket/Aftersales, Fleet and Innovations, in order to provide current and potential clients with greater access to its wide range of solutions. Therefore, the role will support OEMs through a consultative approach to integrating the One Nexus Group’s product portfolio into the OEMs’ operations and become the Partner of Choice.

Grant’s career, thus far, has seen him work in a wide variety of roles within the automotive industry, including working as a technician, sales executive, service manager, sales manager, all of which gave him a great grounding for joining Audi UK and the Volkswagen Group, back in 2002 where he spent 18 years.  Initially starting in Training and Development, to equip the Audi network with the knowledge to confidently talk about to continually evolving technology, Grant was the co-presenter of a programme on the innovative successful Audi channel on Sky TV called “Your Audi”. He later transitioned into roles within product marketing, customer experience and aftersales and parts.  Grant has also worked with global brands such as Toyota and Mercedes-Benz. Latterly Grant worked for Vehicle Vision (part of the CitNOW Group) where digitization of the customer journey within the sales or aftersales experience was front and centre.
