Software as a Solutions (SaaS) provider, Ringover will exhibit at the Recruitment Agency Expo, hosted at the NEC, Birmingham, on 4 and 5 October, 2023. Exhibiting from stand G29, Ringover will discuss how recruitment businesses can reduce their tech stack, offer a better stakeholder experience and improve productivity through its feature-rich product suite.
The recruitment industry has faced turbulence over the course of the last few years. While the industry has been recovering from the backlash caused by the pandemic, it’s still fluctuating.
Data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) revealed that the number of vacancies in April to June 2023 was 1,034,000 — 85,000 lower than January to March 2023. In the second quarter of 2023, 81 per cent of businesses recruited. Although vacancies have been dropping, they are still 25 per cent higher than pre-pandemic levels.
The Recruitment Agency Expo attracts over 2,500 industry leaders, stake holders and buyers in one space dedicated to the industry. For the second consecutive year, Ringover will attend the expo to demonstrate how its solutions can be used to benefit recruitment teams, both locally and on a global scale.

With Empower, recruiters can benefit from data-driven insights to help manage their client and candidate relationships more effectively. For instance, the tool can aid with real-time call transcription to help recruiters get the most out of candidate screenings, analyse the mood, speech rate and number of pauses in a conversation and recommend optimal responses based on the insights it collects. Using Empower, recruiters can capture every detail of a call and analyse it in greater detail, helping them deliver more for their clients and ensuring they make better-informed candidate matches.
