The new products and features enhance capabilities across Transporeon’s market intelligence, procurement, planning, execution, visibility, dock and yard and freight settlement solutions. Together with Trimble Arc Agent, the company’s enterprise AI agent, these new capabilities help logistics teams turn manual and fragmented logistics into connected and autonomous workflows.

Logistics teams still lose significant time to manual and repetitive work across disconnected systems, emails and documents. To address this, Transporeon is upgrading its transportation portfolio to integrate with AI agents like Trimble Arc Agent, which can execute routine tasks directly through supported Transporeon products and email and back-office systems already in use.

The new products and capabilities include:

Smarter market data and freight procurement

When freight markets shift quickly, teams need better rate intelligence and faster procurement decisions without relying on spreadsheets or manual tender setup.

• Market Insights (Spot Rate on Demand): Expands benchmark coverage across standard and specialized equipment, helping teams benchmark more of their actual freight network. The native Market Insights assistant lets users work with Market Insights data through natural-language prompts and create draft Lane Briefs or Market Summaries for review. Dedicated Market Insights skills are also available in Trimble Arc Agent for broader workflows.

• NextGen Freight Procurement for Road: Replaces Excel-heavy FTL and LTL tendering with structured, connected procurement. AI-assisted RFQ preparation turns raw lane and pricing data into a reviewable tender setup, while flexible bid sheets bring complex LTL pricing into the platform.

• Enhanced Autonomous Procurement: Provides a single workflow for closed-pool spot procurement, combining quote collection and AI-driven offers across a shipper’s trusted carrier network. When automation does not find a suitable match, the request moves into quote collection, helping shippers keep the procurement process moving.

Advanced planning, execution and visibility

As transport plans become more complex, logistics operations need to move faster from planning to execution while staying ahead of disruptions.

• Transport Planner: A new standalone version that handles high volumes and advanced plans more efficiently, from milk runs to multiple capacity constraints.

• Transport Execution: Transporeon’s execution products now work with AI agents such as Trimble Arc Agent, so users can retrieve, update and act on transport data through natural language. AI-agent capabilities, combined with the new Autonomous Execution feature, can support recurring tasks such as carrier follow-up and missing document requests, helping extend automation across Transport Execution.

• Maritime Intelligence: Adds real-time risk signals to Ocean Visibility, drawing on a range of official maritime, port, weather and geopolitical data sources to help teams spot potential disruptions earlier.

Connected dock, yard and freight settlement

When dock and yard operations, delivery documentation and freight settlement are disconnected from transport execution, manual coordination slows the flow of freight. The new products and updates close those gaps:

• Supplier Collaboration: Turns static purchase orders into “Living Purchase Orders” that allow supplier changes to flow into transport and yard plans before the truck leaves.

• Advanced Trailer Orchestration & eDelivery Note: Advanced Trailer Orchestration replaces manual yard tracking with a live yard map and prioritised work queues, while eDelivery Note digitises delivery records to speed up invoicing.

• Freight Audit SelfService (FASS): Helps shippers manage freight settlement as European requirements evolve by reconciling e-invoices against execution data and using AI to assist with discrepancy review.

First launched in August 2026, Trimble Arc Agent is an enterprise AI agent designed to help transportation and logistics organizations reduce manual work and connect workflows across the Transporeon ecosystem. Built with enterprise-grade AI guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls for tasks that require confirmation,Trimble Arc Agent gives users visibility into AI-assisted workflows and supports explainable, auditable decision-making.

Availability and rollout

Transport Planner, Transport Execution, Supplier Collaboration, Freight Audit SelfService (FASS), Autonomous Procurement, NextGen Freight Procurement for Road and Market Insights (Spot Rate on Demand) are now available to customers.

Maritime Intelligence is available in its first version, with additional capabilities such as port and weather intelligence planned for the end of 2026.

Advanced Trailer Orchestration and eDelivery Note are scheduled for commercial rollout through October 2026.
