Microlise Named on Prestigious ‘Best Workplaces for Wellbeing’ List


Microlise Group, a leading global provider of telematics and fleet management solutions, has been ranked 29th on the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list, in the category ‘Large Organisations’.

The ranking was based on Microlise’s annual employee engagement survey, which assessed how employees feel about the culture of wellbeing within the company.

The UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list is compiled by Great Place to Work®, a global authority on workplace culture built on deep insights from over 100 million employee surveys around the world. The ranking is based on employees’ holistic experiences of wellbeing at work, including work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.

Microlise is committed to supporting the mental and physical wellbeing of its employees, with a range of tools and initiatives in place, including Employee Assistance Programmes and over 25 Mental Health First Aiders. In 2022, the company launched its Wellbeing Strategy and launched several wellbeing initiatives, including a Health and Wellbeing Hub on the Intranet, a September walking challenge and events focused on Women’s and Men’s health.

Looking ahead, Microlise has a calendar of wellbeing events planned for 2023 based on employee feedback. These include Breaking Bad Habits & Neurodiversity Awareness, Sleep Health, Mental Health Awareness Week, Muscles & Joint Health, Microlise Sports Day, Women’s Health, Men’s Health and Financial Wellbeing.
