Jeni Steele, Lobster’s head of UK

Software specialist, Lobster, is launching a new website to make it easier for UK companies to find out more about its alternative approach to electronic data interchange (EDI).

The Leeds-based firm is unveiling a completely new version of its website – – to introduce its suite of data integration products.

Offering greater accessibility and ease of use, Lobster’s new look website addresses the needs of companies wanting to send and receive high volumes of information from third parties in any format, without external intervention.

The online platform gives visitors an insight into the firm’s ethos and its flagship programme, Lobster_data.wizard. It also outlines the intuitive nature of Lobster’s software, plus the time and cost savings users can experience, particularly those switching from value added networks, the perceived UK standard for electronic data interchange.

Jeni Steele, Lobster’s head of UK, said: “We have worked hard to make our website user friendly and free from the complicated technical jargon associated with software production, so potential clients can establish quickly how our products will make their business more efficient. The benefits of using Lobster_data.wizard are recognised by many high profile organisations across Europe and by improving our online presence we aim to show the UK just what can be achieved with help from our innovative technology.”

Visitors to Lobster’s website can also access detailed product specifications, information about the latest software updates, company news and case studies on existing clients, which include internationally renowned brands such as Acer, shoe retailer, Diechmann and Konica Minolta.
